施政教授,现任智能科学与工程学院副院长,珠海市人工智能交叉融合重点实验室副主任,暨南大学“杰出青年双百英才”第一层次。长期从事智能通信、物联网、人工智能等研究,目前已发表学术论文98篇,其中SCI论文60余篇,已获相关国内外发明专利授权20项,撰写书章1部。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、广东省自然科学基金面上项目2项、国家级/省级外专项目4项、广东省普通高校重点领域专项等,累计经费规模近200万元,以核心参与人员参加科技部重点专项1项、国家自然科学基金国际合作与交流项目1项、广东省重点领域研发计划2项、广东省科技计划项目1项等。目前担任Journal Frontiers in Communications and Network期刊副编辑、期刊Electronics客座编辑,南京邮电大学学报、无线电通信技术等期刊青年编委,长期担任通信领域期刊IEEE TWC、IEEE TCOM、IEEE TVT等的审稿人,还曾担任国际会议IEEE ICNSC 2018、IEEE ICSPCC 2020推广联合主席、2023年第一届大湾区计算机创新技术大会组织委员会副主席、国内外通信会议ICC 2019、ICC 2020、VTC 2020、WCSP 2020等技术委员会成员,作为暨南大学IMT2030推进组主联络人推进以暨南大学为主体申报加入IMT-2030(6G)推进组,并获通过。教育部重点领域人工智能实验协作组专家、CCF YOCSEF珠澳青年工作组委员、珠海市网络空间安全工程职称评审委员会专家等。获2018-2022年暨南大学“赛莱拉”科研突出贡献奖、2020年度博士后学术论坛优秀论文二等奖、2022年度澳门特区政府科学技术奖——自然科学奖三等奖。


Prof. Zheng Shi is currently the Associate Dean of the School of Intelligent Science and Engineering and Deputy Director of the Zhuhai Key Laboratory of Artificial Intelligence Interdisciplinary Integration at Jinan University. He is a first-tier talent in Jinan University’s “Outstanding Youth Talent 200 Program.” He has long been engaged in research on intelligent communication, the Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence.

To date, he has published over 90 academic papers, including more than 60 SCI-indexed papers, and holds 20 authorized domestic and international invention patents. He has contributed a book chapter and led two projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, two Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation General Projects, four national/provincial-level foreign expert projects, and a Guangdong Provincial Key Field Special Project, with cumulative funding of nearly 2 million RMB. As a core participant, he has been involved in one Key Project of the Ministry of Science and Technology, one International Cooperation and Exchange Project of the National Natural Science Foundation, two Guangdong Provincial Key Field R&D Projects, and one Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Project.

He currently serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal Frontiers in Communications and Networks and as a Guest Editor for the journal Electronics. He is a Youth Editorial Board member for journals such as Journal of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications and Radio Communications Technology, and a long-term reviewer for prominent communications journals, including IEEE TWC, IEEE TCOM, and IEEE TVT.

In addition, he has held leadership roles in international conferences, including Promotion Co-chair of IEEE ICNSC 2018 and IEEE ICSPCC 2020, and Organizing Committee Vice Chair of the First Greater Bay Area Conference on Innovative Computing Technology in 2023. He has also served on technical committees for various domestic and international communications conferences, such as ICC 2019, ICC 2020, VTC 2020, and WCSP 2020. As the primary liaison for Jinan University, he led the effort to apply for and gain approval for the university’s membership in the IMT-2030 (6G) Promotion Group.

He is an expert in the Ministry of Education’s Artificial Intelligence Key Field Experimental Collaboration Group, a member of the CCF YOCSEF Zhuhai-Macau Youth Working Group, and an expert in the Zhuhai Cyberspace Security Engineering Title Review Committee. His accolades include the 2018-2022 Jinan University “Cellera” Outstanding Research Contribution Award, the Second Prize in the 2020 Doctoral Forum on Academic Excellence, and the Third Prize in the 2022 Macau SAR Government Science and Technology Award for Natural Science.
